We stay on December 22 left on 23. The parking out front was free because it was after 5 and plus it was the weekend. Didn't have to do Valet parking. The service was very friendly. When you became a member ask about the benefits. I wish that I ask because we could of check out at 2:00 instead of 11:00 so that we didn't have to hurry after eating breakfast. The place was decorated nice for Christmas.

Terrible experience. Check in was two hours late. We had to wait in the lobby. We were compensated $50 for use only at the bar and small store. Which ended up coming off our card. Had to wait days for a refund. A lot of hidden fees. Management is terrible and unfortunately they don’t have a microwave in these high pricey rooms. Valet is ridiculous as well.

Horrible hotel. Horrible management. Received a physical copy of my receipt upon checkout. It was the correct amount. Checked by bank account 2 hours later and they had over charged me an additional $45 out of nowhere. Called the hotel. No management on duty. Did not provide any help. Has not returned my phone calls. THIS HOTEL STOLE MY MONEY. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

My family and I were in town for a wedding and I am so glad we stayed here. The breakfast buffet is amazing! We got incredible customer service from all the staff. Vassar was always helpful and great to visit with. Nick the bartender is so nice! The views from the room were awesome. You can walk to a lot of attractions right from this hotel. Highly recommend if you are staying in Tulsa. We will be back!

Clean and nice room. The parking situation was less than satisfactory. The staff tried to help but they pushed a little too hard to valet and didn’t offer much help in alternative ways to park.

Valet was way overpriced and rooms donÂ¿t have microwave. Gotta go to lobby and they heat up whatever you have. For the price of room and valet, they should have all the amenities a person should need.

I didn’t personally stay here. However I hurt my ankle pretty bad and I was walking downtown. And they let me sit in their lobby and offered me free water until my ride could come. The staff is friendly and the place is beautiful on the inside! I’m appreciative of their help :)
